All the episodes in one place.

We’re all useless alone.

After five and a half amazing years (2018-2023), 260+ episodes and 3+ million downloads, we’ve ended the You, Me, Empathy podcast. “Hosting this podcast has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life,” says Nōn. “I’m forever grateful.” While the podcast may be done, all episodes will be available to listen to forever.

This podcast is a brave space to meet each other where we are, in all of our messy, beautiful, feely humanity. It’s about championing and cherishing the softness in our hearts. It’s about destigmatizing mental health. It’s about connection and healing together, not apart. After all, as Waymond Wang says, “we’re all useless alone.”

This podcast is a warm bath. This is what I listen to when I need comfort and clarity, laughter or a safe space to cry. Nōn feels deeply with us and for us and it just makes me want to sing.
